Moreover, mechanical and electrical materials such as parts, fittings, appliances, and systems will also be incorporated. MOOR CONCTRUCTS has partnered with Suppliers who will be responsible for delivering the primary materials mentioned above, as well as providing steel, fine wood, and an assortment of other building materials essential for the project's fulfillment.

Sustainable Roof

The sustainability aspect played a role in the decision to choose bio-solar roof for this proposed structure. Promoting biodiversity for the sake of the environment is the reason behind using the topsoil extracted material for the soil substrate layer of the roof. The ground source heat pump system and solar panel would be utilized as energy sources, boosting the building's profitability by reducing energy expenses.
