animation.mp4The refurbishment project entails the conversion of a 10-story reinforced concrete building, measuring 2000m2, that was previously an abandoned hotel. The aim is to repurpose the building into a mixed-use space, with retail facilities occupying the ground floor and residential units spanning the remaining 9 floors. The ground floor retail space will be designed as an open area. Each residential floor will accommodate a 75m2 flat, comprising a bedroom and a sitting room, regardless of the floor. A total of 22 units, each featuring 2 bedrooms, will be provided on every floor, resulting in a combined total of 198 apartments. this design will serve as a valuable asset for our client. The refurbished building will showcase the following key characteristics
