An inspection was carried out on the building to assess the condition of its various elements. Some parts of the building components were found to have deteriorated and lost their value. The windows and cladding have significantly depreciated. The doors are in poor condition, and the plumbing and electrical components need to be upgraded to modern standards. Cracks were not identified in the  building structure during the inspection. Our assessment indicates that the fittings, fixtures, walls, floors, and ceilings have also lost their value and are no longer suitable for use. Structural assessment was conducted both on substructrure and on superstructure. Non-destructive tests were performed on the frame components using a smith hammer device. Intergrity test were carried out as well on the load bearing wall to determine if any strutural component has passed its yeild or tending towards its breaking point. Based on our observations, it was determined that the building frame structures were all found in good structural health.
