MSOW Summer Program Enrollment Contract Terms and Conditions

Enrolled MSOW Students:

The undersigned is hereby obligated to pay the entire cost for all selected summer program choices in addition to any associated fees such as swim fees, field trips, guest presenters, material fees, drop fees, late charges, etc. All charges will be invoiced monthly at the end of the month in which services were rendered. 

Charges will include:

• Scheduled dates

• Unscheduled add-on dates

• Fees for activities such as fieldtrips, swimming, riding the public bus, or special presentations

• Scheduled but unused dates which were not dropped by the drop date deadline for that billing period

Applicable drop date deadlines are:
Scheduled days in June – Drop Date: May 11th, by 5pm.
Scheduled days in July – Drop Date: June 15th, by 5pm.
Scheduled days in August – Drop Date: July 13th, by 5pm.

Students who are not enrolled at MSOW for the 2026–2027 school year will be billed in advance. Payment must be received by the first day of the month in which the student is scheduled to attend. If payment is not received by this date, MSOW reserves the right to deny the student attendance until payment has been received in full.

Full payment is due within five business days of the invoice date unless as noted above for students not enrolled at MSOW for the 2026–2027 school year. Past due invoices will be subject to a 1.5% per month late fee. Accounts that are past due at the conclusion of the summer may be subject to collection action, and all associated collection fees and charges will be added to the past due account. You will receive a confirmation email upon registration submission which will serve as your enrollment record.
