My goal for effort is to take more risks in my learning by taking extensions and branching into unknown areas while also seeing my failures as opportunities for growth. I will use this in every class.

My goal for refinement is to be more comfortable with asking for help. I usually ask my close friends for help but sometimes I need to be able to ask for help from people I'm not familiar with.

My goal for respect is to show more respect to myself with self talk. I will commit to being kinder to myself when I get something wrong or get a bad grade. This is especially true for advanced math where I am challenged but still comfortable.

My goal for integrity is to be more honest. I want to apply this to both home life and school where I have struggled with dishonesty
