My goal for integrity is to become a more successful role model for others and show more appreciation for others and their work.
Goal Reflection: I feel like I have accomplished some parts of my goal. I have been showing appreciation and kindness for others work, committing to this goal was very hard for me because I felt like I had not been able to look at others work and see goodness, now that has changed and I am much better at showing appreciation.
Helpfulness

Effort is being able to do things you didn't know you could do and climb impossible heights.
My goal for Effort is to ask for and use extensions to become challenges in my work and make my understanding deeper.
One of the issues with getting this goal accomplished is my teachers don't do a lot of extensions. I have not done very well with this goal as I have been focused on other ones. I could improve this goal by writing out a conversation I could have with my teacher to persuade her to make more extensions.
Respect
Respect
My goal for respect is to provide constructive feedback more often to others and consistently encourage others to listen with eyes and ears while teachers are talking or classmates are presenting to the class.
Constructive feedback has become one of my good traits. I have improved drastically since I have created this goal and I have payed much more attention to classes.
