Harassment

It is MOT Charter School’s intent to provide a working environment for all employees that is professional, comfortable, and free from intimidation, hostility or other offenses that might interfere with work performance.  

Harassment of any sort - verbal, physical, and visual - will not be tolerated. 

Employees who believe they have been subject to harassment must immediately bring it to the attention of their Supervisor, the Business Manager or the Head of School.
