To clear your cache in Google Chrome:

1. Click the three dots in the upper right of your browser bar

2. Click "More Tools"

3. Click "Clear Browsing Data"

4. Select "Last 4 Weeks" from the dropdown and "Clear Data"

To update your computer software:

1. Click the Start Menu (window at bottom left)

2. Click the Settings cog

3. Click Update & Security

4. If there are no available updates listed, click on check for updates. If there are updates click on “install now”
