Welcome to the MOT Charter family! We are excited that you have decided to share your talents with us.
MOT is committed to its core values of COMMUNITY, RESPECT, COLLABORATION, & INNOVATION. We strive to emulate, highlight, and reinforce these values at all times. Whether it is the way we greet one another in the hallway or the manner by which we tackle difficult problems in the classroom, these values should be reflected in everything we do. This is what makes MOT such a special learning community - we value all ideas, we respect all opinions, and we work together to find creative and unique solutions to the problems with which we are faced both inside and outside of the classroom.
MOT Charter School provides a challenging curriculum in a safe and nurturing environment where all children learn and flourish. By utilizing diverse teaching strategies and exposing students to a wide variety of educational experiences, we ensure that each child participates in, understands, and enjoys learning.

Our curriculum is aligned to the state standards.
Our charter must be renewed every 5-10 years before the State Board of Education.
Charter Schools are underfunded public schools in that we receive no funding for facilities.
Charter Schools have more freedom with their budgets.
We are confident that as a result of the mutual selection process undertaken, your employment will prove to be beneficial to MOT Charter School as well as yourself and we look forward to having you join us.
