INTAKE PROCESS

Access to REGULATOS™ occurs after an Application Phase process. The Application Phase enables MQCC® to determine if a good fit with the organization exists. The costs of the Application Phase is borne by the Applicant. The Application Phase includes "know your client" disclosures including:

confirm that the Applicant has identified each self-governance project requirement: objectives, activities, outputs, expected outcomes and measurement of success
confirm that the Applicant has a budget that is reasonable and appropriate and outlines the activities, costs and cash flows
confirm the Applicant's source of funding
understand the roles and responsibilities and standards of responsibility and accountability for any third party involvement

APPROVAL PHASE

MQCC® decides to make and offer and the Applicant and MQCC® negotiate a win-win solution and long term business arrangement.

REPORTING PHASE

MQCC® and the Applicant report the outcomes and results on a periodic basis to the beneficiaries.
