MQCC® Indigenous Industrial Classification System (IICS™)

IICS classifies economic production (as defined by the United Nations (UN) System of National Accounts (SNA) standard system, which measures economic activity (also referred to as "industries or industry") as:

• Economic production is an activity, carried out under the responsibility, control and management of an institutional unit, that uses inputs of labor, capital, and goods and services to produce outputs of goods and services".

Classes  of industry (economic activity) are differentiated based upon the definition that: "the set of all production units engaged primarily in the same or similar kinds of productive activity."

INTAKE PROCESS

Access to REGULATOS™ occurs after an Application Phase process. The Application Phase enables MQCC® to determine if a good fit with the organization exists. The costs of the Application Phase is borne by the Applicant. The Application Phase includes "know your client" disclosures including:

• determining the nature, quality and character of the 'gap' between the requirements and existing methods of operation (audit gap analysis)

ASSESSMENT PHASE

• confirm that the Applicant has the ability to implement and maintain MQCC® services into the future with requisite financial management controls and practices

• confirm that the Applicant has identified each self-governance project requirement: objectives, activities, outputs, expected outcomes and measurement of success

• confirm that the Applicant has a budget that is reasonable and appropriate and outlines the activities, costs and cash flows

• confirm the Applicant's source of funding

• understand the roles and responsibilities and standards of responsibility and accountability for any third party involvement

APPROVAL PHASE

MQCC® decides to make and offer and the Applicant and MQCC® negotiate a win-win solution and long term business arrangement.

REPORTING PHASE

MQCC® and the Applicant report the outcomes and results on a periodic basis to the beneficiaries.
