Datuk Dr Thirunavukarasu Rajoo 

Datuk Dr Thirunavukarasu Rajoo, also known as Dr Arasu is the CEO and Director of CareClinics Healthcare Services Pvt Ltd, leading operations more than 150 clinics while driving strategic growth, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. As the Co-Founder and Director of eMedAsia Pvt Ltd, he develops digital health solutions and fosters industry collaborations for innovative patient care. Currently serving as the President-Elect of the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA), he actively advocates for healthcare reforms, policy development, and regulatory affairs. 

Previously, as the Honorary General Secretary of MMA (2019-2024), he spearheaded national health initiatives and managed care reforms. In addition, he is the Chairman of the Board and Founder Director of KOOP MMA, driving cooperative initiatives to support medical professionals. He also served as CEO and Director of Poliklinik Cahaya (Putrajaya) Sdn Bhd, overseeing clinic operations, patient care, and compliance. Earlier in his career, he was a Medical Officer at Hospital Ampang, providing medical care in a high-volume hospital setting.

Dr Thirunavukarasu Rajoo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University (2023-2025) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership in Medicine: Asia Pacific from Harvard Medical School (2023-2024). He earned his Medical Doctor (MD) degree from Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara (1992-1998), equipping him with a strong foundation in medical practice and leadership.
