ORIENTATION TEAM
APPLICATION AND TRAINING GUIDE
APPLICATION AND TRAINING GUIDE
Orientation is an important time for new residents. It’s where they find their bearings, make their first campus friendships, and build a true sense of belonging to a community.
As part of the Orientation Team (O-Team), you will work alongside our Residential Life Staff (RLS) to make this transition as smooth as possible. O-Team volunteers assist in the planning and delivery of inclusive events that help new residents adapt to campus life and connect with peers. By helping someone feel at home, you are setting students up for academic success at Monash.

The Selection process: What about my schedule? While we prioritise applicants with high availability, team selection depends on everyone's collective schedule. Just submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) and list when you're free—we'll figure out the puzzle from there!
