Concept

The whole concept behind my project is art, Pittsburgh has a good local art scene. Lots of art museums are near our site, so I thought an art walk would be great. I also wanted to expand on the Heinz Lofts, more apartments with brick facades. These buildings would be mixed use, the first floor would be retail and gastronomy. Outdoor seating will be available for gathering. I wanted as much color as possible throughout this project as well.
