The master plan is organized into two primary districts: a Commercial District and a Residential District. These districts are connected by green pedestrian bridges that span the stream dividing the site. Although a stream divides the site, two green bridges restore continuity and establish meaningful pedestrian links across the water. A continuous trail system further weaves the districts together, supporting movement, accessibility, and a cohesive site experience.
Within each district, a central spine draws surrounding context inward and strengthens access throughout the site. These networks also tie the districts to key recreational spaces such as Stitch Park and the adjacent Riverside Park. Together, the integration of existing and proposed networks creates a more connected, accessible, and community-oriented design.
