Site Design

The accessible green roofs play a major role in the site design. They function as extensions of the sky bridge, strengthening vertical circulation and creating new pathways across the site. These elevated landscapes offer a sense of openness while keeping users closely connected to nature. A variety of colorful plantings line the central walkway, adding interest, texture, and year-round visual appeal.

The Conversation Pit style plaza sits just outside the main commercial district. This sunken plaza features surrounding seating and offers a comfortable space to relax with a cup of coffee or a flexible area for children to play. It brings the project’s vertical concept into a more intimate, enclosed setting, creating a quiet pause amid the energy of the commercial core.

Streets throughout the development will include on-street parking, with travel lanes maintained at a typical width of 11 feet. A vegetative buffer separates pedestrian areas from vehicular movement in heavy traffic areas, improving safety and comfort. Sidewalks are designed at a typical width of 10 feet, providing generous space for circulation and accessibility.
