This concept builds upon both existing and proposed networks to strengthen connections between the residential and commercial districts and the surrounding context. With multiple residential neighborhoods and a nearby commercial hub adjacent to the site, expanding connectivity and accessibility throughout Brooklyn is essential. The design achieves this by introducing new pedestrian networks that tie into existing infrastructure, establishing activity nodes along these routes to support social interaction, and providing access to recreational spaces that encourage engagement with nature.
