New Courses Not Appearing

Course enrollments from Self-Service appear on Blackboard's Courses page within 24 hours after registration. If you do not see your enrolled courses in Blackboard or your course is unavailable, review the following trouble-shooting steps.

Check Your Enrollment Status

First, check Self-Service or contact the Admissions Center to verify that you are enrolled in the class.

Reload Blackboard to Check Your Course List

If you are enrolled in the course in Self-Service but your course has not appeared in Blackboard within 24 hours after registration, clear your browser cache, log into Blackboard, and then check your Blackboard Course List Settings for current or upcoming courses

If you still do not see your course in Blackboard, contact Online Student Support immediately so that they can investigate and determine the correct solution.

Check Your Course's Availability

Courses are initially marked as Private in Blackboard until the instructor makes them available to students by the course's official start date. If a course does not become available by its start date, contact your instructor directly! Instructor information can be found by reviewing your course information in Self Service.
