As the academic draws to a close, Cedar class are continually working hard and ending the year on a positive note. The children have been caring towards each other by helping each other and doing brilliant partner and group work.
Our World War One day was a great success! The children loved dressing up and hearing a talk from Mr Cosgrove looking at artefacts from the Great War. During the day, we created some bunting and watercolour paintings to go with their poem. In English, children have shown lovely creativity to form poems influenced by 'The Soldier' by Rupert Brooke.
In Maths, the children have been practising their multiplication and division by 10, 100 and 1000 by converting kilograms and grams, kilometres and metres, and millilitres and litres.
Keep up the great work!
