1Willow     Learning Update

Central idea: People have a responsibility to understand how to look after living things (plants) 

Over the past fortnight, we have been learning about our responsibility to the planet. The children have decided to build a bug hotel to help the wildlife in Marden. The children have shown so much care and have really taken on the challenge of understanding the responsibility to our natural world. We spent a wonderful day out at Tyland Barn exploring nature and learning about the parts of a plant and all the different species of plants. 

Recently we have been learning to tell the time to the hour and the half hour. The children have enjoyed using these new skills to understand the structure of their day more.
