2Sequoia   Learning Update

Central idea: Human Behaviour can affect the survival of our planet.

As we come to the end of our final inquiry of the year, the children have enjoyed inquiring about endangerment, using their research skills to write incredible fact files on a chosen animal. It is heartwarming to see the children's response to conservation efforts being made. They are driven to make a difference and are looking forward to sharing their learning with you while raising money for WWF as part of their PYP action.

We have also written a biography on David Attenborough, someone they were fascinated by and the impact he has had on the world.

In maths, the children have been looking at statistics specifically, graphs, tables and pictograms. The children were able to draw and interpret these. 

What a great year we have had in Sequoia! We are so proud of all of the children and the incredible progress they have made. Thank you for all the support. Have a wonderful summer break. We wish the children the very best in Year 3! From Miss Simpson and Miss Lister :)
