1Willow Learning Update

Central idea: People have a responsibilty to understand how to look after living things (plants)

The past two weeks in Willow class have been a wonderfully busy start to the beginning of our last module together. We have looked at parts of a plant, gone on tree hunts, learnt about evergreen and deciduous trees and done some bark and leaf rubbing. Following our research on trees and our explorations around the school grounds, we designed trees and leaves. We used this design to create clay models of trees and took great care in creating different lines and textures on them.
