4Chestnut Learning Update

Central idea: cultural identity could be expressed through creativity.

We have started to get our teeth into our central idea this week thinking about 'what makes me me.' We thought about physical and personality traits and whether these are genetic or unique to us, as well as finding out what our names mean.

In maths we continued our work on finding the area of rectilinear shapes. We have started our new reading comprehension book, 'Some Kind of Happiness.'

We have been really proud of our music skills this week which are putting us in the festive mood.

We will now be doing PE on either a Monday or a Thursday, so please have full kit on both days.
