5Aspen Learning Update

Central idea: People with different beliefs may struggle for rights and freedom.

We have had a productive first week to Year 5 as we have all arrived hitting the ground running. After completing our Sustainable Development Goal 13 work, we have spent time reflecting on the learner attributes and skills which we will need this year to be successful and propel us to further heights within our learning!

We have begun to unpick our central idea, and are excited to see where this takes us and what we will discover along the way. We have begun our important focus on place value in maths, and have begun exploring our shared text 'The Boy at the Back of the Class' in VIPERS, and are already intrigued as to what the story will hold.
