As you know we have been learning all about the Romans and we have been reading an incredible book called ‘Escape from Pompeii’.  This week we read up to the point where their volcano erupted and destroyed the town on Pompeii. We worked super hard and came up with some incredible adjectives to describe the eruption. We then used learnt how to turn those adjectives into exceptional noun phrases and used them in descriptive sentences. After we worked so hard we watched a video of the eruption and we were amazed!
