Tuesday 3-3 - Meet in the PE Room. Lecture on muscles. Do Not Dress Out. 5th period meet on the Tennis courts for Pickleball day 1
Thursday 3-5 - Meet on the practice band field. 400-meter repeats. Heart rate watches will be on the band field. Just bring your phones. This will be a very hard run. Make sure you eat the night before and bring water and a snack for after.
