You need 12 new workouts from 10-27 - 12-8. That is a six-week period with two workouts a week. You should have a total of 32 workouts when you add the 12 new workouts
Target Heart Rate Run It should have an image from Polar Beat with the distance and time and an image from your HR watch showing max HR and average HR
100-meter repeats. You need a document labeled 100-Meter Repeats, and you will add an image of your HR data
Thursday 12-11 - Meet in PE room. Do not dress out. Take the final. Go to Google Classroom to find the Edulastic test link or go straight to Edulastic, and you will see it there. You have to sign into Google, so make sure to have your device for Duo authentication.
Friday 12-12 - Meet in PE room. Re-take the final if you want a better score. If you re-take it you need to find the test on Google Classroom to find the Edulastic test link or go straight to Edulastic and you will see it there. You have to sign into Google so make sure to have your device for Duo authentication. If you have any other make-up work to turn in this is when you will do it. If done with everything you have time to study for your other finals.
