Tuesday 2-17 - Meet in the PE room. Kickboxing day 8. We will be wearing our heart rate watches to get data for today if you did not get it last week.
Thursday 2-19 - Meet in the PE room. Mat workout. Make sure you eat the night before and have water for the workout. You should also have a snack for after.
