Tuesday 9-2 - Meet in the PE room. Fitness testing.
Sit & Reach - Left and right foot. When you touch your toes, it is 9 inches. Both feet together. When you do this, touching your toes is 23 cm.
Broad Jump - Measure the total distance jumped in inches.
Thursday 9-4 - Meet in the PE room. 1.5-mile run. We will be filling out goals, your VO2 max paper, and making sure we know how to turn things in for your first portfolio check.
