Portfolio #5 is due. Below is a list of what you need to upload.
You need 10 new workouts from 2-14 - 3-22. That is a five-week period with two workouts a week. You had a total of 40 workouts from the last portfolio check, plus the 10 from this one, which means you should have 50 total workouts. After workout 50, write your fitness goal, your workouts will be based on for the next 6 weeks.
