Tuesday 8-26 - Meet in the PE room. Don't Dress Out. Lecture on Obesity.
Thursday 8-28 - Meet in the PE room. Fitness testing. This is the first day you are dressing out, and from now on, you should dress out every day unless it says not to.
Curl-ups - 1 Minute Test

Friday 8-29 - Meet in the PE room. 3-second push-up test, go over how to use heart rate watches, and then we will be running the VO2 max mile. Make sure you have your phone.
