Screen Capture Tutorial Design Process
By: Olivia B.
Inspiration: Last year I attempted to make a video on how to make AI images on Canva, but it didn’t turn out how I wanted it to. This year I attempted to do the same thing, and now I have my video, and I feel it will help others to create AI images on Canva.
Tools: The software I used was Canva, Screencastify, and Apple Music to add the audio.
Creative Process: First, I rewatched my video from last year to see how I can improve it. I used Screencastify to record my video. This time I use an informational slide showing all of the steps on how to create an AI image on Canva. I also added audio to block out the keyboard clicks. Then, I recorded the steps in order, showing how to do it, as well as the steps typed out. I showed that you can open up a document and then go to apps under the toolbar on the left side. Once finding the apps section, I showed how to click Magic Media to start the process of creating an image on AI. Once clicking on Magic Media, I showed how to search for an AI image by typing in “cute little frog.” I generated four images. I think it showed how you can regenerate the images if you don’t like those images.
Use of Existing Content: No, I did not use stock photos.
