Groovy 60's Digital Art Reflection

By: Jackson M.

For my digital artwork I used a Kaleidoscope Painter on www.permandi.com. This program lets you choose your background color. I chose black. Then there is a slide bar to choose your brush width. I mainly used a medium width. Next, you choose your color palette. You can choose single colors or a preset color scheme. I chose more of a tie-dye color scheme. Finally, as you move your mouse around in the square the design is mirrored in the four sections of the square. After finishing my design, I downloaded the image as a .png file. I believe my design would have been a great album cover for a 60's band that's why I named it Groovy 60's.

Kaleidoscope Painter (www.permandi.com) is the web software that I used to create my digital piece of artwork. It allows you to choose a background and the colors of your lines. It also let's you choose how wide your brush strokes are. I chose my title based on the colors. This also reminds me of the black scratch paper that reveals colors to create a design.
