With Windows 10, we were used to being able to project with a swipe of the desktop screen to the left.
Unfortunately, Microsoft has decided to include the 'Projection' function as part of the 'Quick settings' option instead.

Connect to a projector and select the "Network" icon from the right-hand side of the taskbar.
If the Project option is not visible/available, select the "Edit quick settings" (Pencil) at the bottom right-hand corner.
Select Add and choose Project". Select done once you have finished.
You can now choose the appropriate projection mode.
