Locating the right app or drive quickly can be a challenge. In this guide, I will go through simple steps to pin your desired apps or drives to the Windows 11 Quick access and taskbar, streamlining your workflow for increased productivity.

Open up File Explorer by the taskbar
Right-click the drive or the folder that you would like to pin to the Quick access bar
You can unpin the drive or the folder from Quick access bar
Pin Apps to the Start menu or taskbar
Pin Apps to the Start menu or taskbar
Select the Start (the Windows logo) icon and search for the app you want to pin to the Start menu. You can do this by searching the app by name or going through the App list.
Right-click the app and select Pin to Start. You can also pin the app to the taskbar by selecting More -> Pin to taskbar.
