LPS Assessment Results and Summary

In accordance with the Missouri School Improvement Program and the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education requirements, Liberty Public Schools is committed to communicating assessment information to all stakeholders, including parents, teachers, students, community members, Board of Education members, and administrators. This information is disseminated in a timely manner and presented in an accessible format.

The Board of Education receives an annual briefing on the district's large-scale assessment results. This comprehensive presentation includes current school year data in both aggregate and disaggregated forms, as well as longitudinal analyses. The Annual District Achievement Report, prepared each fall, provides detailed results for each content area and grade level, incorporating value-added analysis, comparative data, and trend analysis where available.

To ensure transparency and community engagement, assessment information is made accessible to parents and community members through multiple channels. These include the district website, Liberty Public Schools Quick News, reports in local newspapers, PTA group communications, and individual student assessment reports.

To facilitate data-driven decision-making, teachers and administrators are provided access to both individual and aggregate data through the Panorama Student Success online achievement data center. This resource supports instructional planning and school improvement initiatives. Furthermore, all district staff members are equipped with appropriate assessment data to inform the creation and revision of district school improvement plans.
