 Program Evaluation Procedures:

• • The school counseling program conducts needs surveys with students, parents and faculty every fifth year.

  • Counselors will utilize the Internal Improvement Review (IIR) annually to self monitor building and district counseling programs in order to identify specific areas of needed improvement.  

Board Evaluations
