WillIam Wentworth
William Wentworth came to Liverpool in 1800 from Bennington, Vermont, where he was 1785. He fought in the war of 1812 and died in 1867.The name of his wife Lucy also appears on this stone as well as that of their son, Thomas D., who was killed in the Civil War battle of Trevilian Station, Virginia in 1864. He was 27.
