Welcome to all delegates of the LFSMUN IV WHO committee! 

I am Chaeeun SEO in Terminale (grade 12) at the Lycee Français de Séoul and I am eager to serve you as the Head Chair of WHO.

Through this LFSMUN IV experience, I hope you gain perspectives beyond the classroom and learn how to separate personal opinions from your assigned country’s stance. I am confident that over these two days, we can make a meaningful impact while strengthening our knowledge and debating skills.

For many of you, this may be your first MUN conference. Don’t be afraid to speak up. Trust your preparation, ask questions when needed, and enjoy the experience. We are here to support you.

Welcome to the WHO Committee at LFSMUN. My name is Thean Seng, and I am excited to serve as your deputy chair for this session. This will be my 8th conference and 2nd time chairing for a committee. I'm looking forward to meeting you all. 

Our committee will address critical global issues that demand your creativity, critical thinking and efforts. Whether you are an experienced delegate or new to MUN, I encourage you to engage fully, to respect all perspectives, and work together towards finding a common ground.
