FINISHING STRONG

As we approach the end the 2021-2022 school year, we can reflect on so much growth and success for our students. There are too many memorable moments to count!

For our last 2021-2022 newsletter, we asked our students and staff to share their favorite memories from this wonderful year. We also talked about all of the exciting things we are looking forward to doing this summer.

We hope you enjoy the abundance of photos from our last month of activities!

IN THE WORDS OF OUR STUDENTS (AND STAFF!)

Recipe of the Month

Our goal for cooking instruction is for students to learn to make recipes which are uncomplicated and that most anyone can complete. Our recipe of the month for June is Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Lemon Cream Sauce made by Dana's class using fresh herbs that they grew themselves. Delicious!

We had to say goodbye to our Lake Forest College Buddies last month. We truly enjoyed getting to know these amazing young adults and we look forward to seeing them all again next school year!
