Even with the best effort, sometimes or manufacturer can be little in a hurry, and miss an important screw or click feedback, what can lead to missing audio or bad audio. Here we have a checklist to find the issue when either left or right speaker is not audible.
Step 1.
First a visual check. Are some of the loudspeaker units pushed in?
YES - try pulling out the cone by sucking with your mouth or vacuum cleaner at lowest level. If it is beyond repair, contact Lemus support at home@lemus.dk
Step 2.
Check cables on the back side of the SM450. A guide to dismounting can be found HERE. Every cable should be solid mounted in the green connector socket. If not, ask the costumer to assemble them correctly. The connector is color coded, so it should be failsafe.
Step 3.
Pull out the faulty loudspeaker unit and look for construction errors or collapse of the cylinder in the middle of the woofer. In such case, contact Lemus support at home@lemus.dk.
Step 4.
There are no option left than the issue is amp related. Contact Lemus support at home@Lemus.dk to initiate a replacement process of the amp.
