Simple an easy device to use, but some settings are well hidden.
In the chosen streaming app on the phone: Select "English Original" in language options (Normally set on English 5.1 or 7.1)
Newer versions of Chromecast has a "settings" menu, ensure that sound is set to PCM output for the Chromecast Device.
Apps are not made equal. We have seen a ton of examples where different apps has desync errors. These are unrelated to the Lemus system. Power off the Chromecast an ensure you have a great router installed. If the issue continues, contact the app developer.
Our system is an "Audio only" cast device.
