Toslink issues

Set the tv to digital audio output "PCM" in settings and check if the cable is plugged all the way in. It needs to give back a solid "click" in the tv. The cable always lights up red, no matter if sound is transferred or not. This is not a sign of it working.

Depending on the tv model or device connected, you may not be able to adjust the audio volume. Here you will need our Lemus Remote to control the volume.

Up to 5 meters there is no difference. You pay extra for the softer types of cables that can handle bends better. But always check the cables for dirt or poor fiber cutoff. Else the light can reflect off center.
