Answer question: Are the Lemus device put through setup in Google Home and able to cast audio at this moment through Google Cast?
(If you are in doubt, ask the costumer what volume level the Lemus device is at, in the Google Home app, sometimes the answer is "what is Google Home")
Explanation to question
If the Lemus device has not been setup through Google Home, the HDMI updates has not been downloaded, what then causes dropout or the audio to be none functional, even if the device is indicating solid red and receiving signal. Only select YES above if you are 100% sure the system is running in Google Home.
