Helpdesk - Poor connection

If you are experiencing that the connection between Lemus and your phone gets randomly dropped which results in a stop of the cast session then it might be because of poor connectivity

Choosing either 2.4ghz or 5ghz band can be vital to the experienced connectivity.

Ensure that Lemus is setup on your WIFI's 2.4ghz band and not 5ghz. There are several ways to check what bandwidth the setup has been done too, log into your routers setting and see the list over connected device and check the bandwidth.
If you find it that Lemus is on the 5ghz. band then proceed with a reset of the Lemus device. Help on how to reset can be found here.

Ensure that UPNP (smart communication) is turned on in your router settings

Access your routers settings window and look for the UPNP setting and turn it on. Should you need any help with accessing your router settings then contact Lemus with the name/ID of your router at home@Lemus.dk
