WELLBEING SUPPORT
The Wellbeing Team offers a mixture of face-to-face and remote support (via phone and video call).
Examples of support offered include:
• Counselling, Mental Health and Wellbeing support.
• Guided self-help on issues such as low mood and anxiety
• A safe space to talk about problems
• Use of cognitive behavioural therapy techniques
• Goal setting
• Exploring ways of coping with difficult emotions
• Mindfulness and grounding techniques
• Exploring services and support in your local area.

To access support and information on mental health and wellbeing, you can come along to one of our Wellbeing Drop-Ins.
Please come say hello and have a chat about how you are feeling, and we can look at what support there is available.

Time for Young People in Leeds offers a mixture of drop ins, group and 1:1 support across the city.
If you are struggling with the loss of someone by suicide, you can contact the Suicide Bereavement Service, a service for anyone in West Yorkshire.
