*The school counselor is the first point of contact for initial student concerns. The school counselor will collaborate and plan for supports with other school-based mental health team members (i.e., school psychologist, school social worker, student assistance specialist), as appropriate.

Career Center
The Career Center is designed to work closely with school counselors to provide additional support to students in the areas of career exploration and employment. The Career Center Assistant supports the work of the school counselors, assisting with postsecondary educational planning to include career, technical, and military options, as well as the two- and four-year college application process, admission testing, financial aid, and scholarship options.
