Hi! My name is Jennifer McLemore (she/her) and I am a school social worker as well as a member of the Lightridge Unified Mental Health Team. I love helping students and supporting the Lightridge community. School social workers provide a number of services to include individual/group counseling, crisis support, and connection to community resources.

Before joining the staff at Lightridge, I worked for seven years at John Champe High School and prior to that, in the Potomac Falls cluster for eight years. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia and a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. I have held my clinical license in social work since 2004 and I am also a Restorative Practices facilitator and trainer.
