Dear Parents,
I just wanted to say a HUGE "thank you" to all of you for making my birthday on Monday so special. Your gift was received and very much appreciated. Thank you for your generosity!
The Corrected Work Envelope is coming home today, as usual. Please be sure not to miss the "Square 1 Art" Fundraising sheet. It has all the information on it regarding purchasing items with your child's artwork on it. It's definitely a unique and fun fundraiser. Please consider purchasing items. They'd be great holiday gifts!
After trick or treating, please consider sending in some of your child's Halloween candy to school in a Ziplock bag. It will be donated to "For the Troops",a non-profit organization that supports our military. They will send these treats to deployed soldiers to enjoy. Think how happy the military service members will feel knowing that you remember and appreciate them! You can also have your child color and send in homemade cards with positive messages for these service members as well. We'll make sure they get sent with the candy.
