This term, we have placed a strong focus on wellbeing through assemblies and activities that support our learners' personal growth. We explored learner profiles and breathing strategies to help with self-regulation and resilience. The Emotional Wellbeing Team from the NHS visited to talk to children about mental health, offering valuable insights and support.
During Children's Mental Health Week, we reflected on the importance of identity and how 'Build Your Profile' can help us understand and celebrate who we are. These initiatives have reinforced the importance of looking after our emotional wellbeing and developing a strong sense of self.
