Guidelines

SEMI al FUTURO Action! è un concorso, indetto dal Civico Polo Linguistico A. Manzoni di Milano, che affronta ogni anno un obiettivo diverso dell’Agenda 2030. Il tema di Action Seven! è l’Obiettivo 3 dell’Agenda 2030:


Garantire una vita sana e promuovere il benessere di tutti a tutte le età

1. Video in concorso


  1. I video in concorso devono affrontare il goal dell’Agenda 2030 indicato nella sezione sul sito www.lamanzoni.it dedicata a Semi al Futuro Action!. Per quest’anno scolastico il tema da affrontare è: Garantire una vita sana e promuovere il benessere di tutti a tutte le età.

  2. Il format dei video (documentario, cortometraggio, animazione...) è libero.

  3. Sono ammessi al concorso video della durata massima di 3 minuti, comprensivi di titoli di testa e coda.

  4. È obbligatoria la sottotitolazione in inglese dei dialoghi e delle voci fuori campo.

  5. I video in concorso non devono contenere materiale (musica, immagini, video...) soggetto a copyright e/o di proprietà intellettuale di terzi, a meno di averne ottenuto esplicita autorizzazione legale.

  6. I video in concorso non devono contenere espressioni o allusioni ritenute offensive, discriminanti o denigratorie.

  7. I video pervenuti non saranno restituiti.


2. Modalità d’iscrizione


  1. Possono partecipare al concorso singoli studenti o gruppi di studenti, anche provenienti da diverse scuole, o intere classi di scuole secondarie di II grado, italiane o estere.

  2. Per iscriversi al concorso occorre:

    1. Registrarsi con il proprio account personale o della propria istituzione scolastica a YouTube e creare un canale omonimo (nome e cognome);

    2. Caricare il proprio video sul canale YouTube, facendo attenzione a selezionare come forma di visualizzazione la voce “Non in elenco” (e non “Privata” o “Pubblica”);

    3. Controllare che siano presenti i sottotitoli in inglese, o nel video stesso o aggiunti tramite la funzione di sottotitolazione offerta da YouTube stesso;

    4. Salvare il link del video in forma estesa;

    5. Copiare il link del video nel modulo di iscrizione raggiungibile sul Web;

    6. Compilare in tutte le sue parti il modulo di iscrizione pubblicato nella sezione dedicata a Semi al Futuro Action! sul sito www.lamanzoni.it.

  3. Degli errori di compilazione e caricamento del materiale sono responsabili i concorrenti. Lo staff di Semi al Futuro Action! non è tenuto alla verifica e alla segnalazione di eventuali errori.

  4. La partecipazione al concorso è gratuita.

  5. I video dovranno essere inviati entro il giorno Sabato 6 Maggio.


3. Selezione e premiazione


  1. Una giuria di professori, genitori ed esperti esterni attribuirà ai primi tre classificati i premi indicati di seguito. A discrezione della giuria, potranno essere previste menzioni speciali per particolari categorie.

    • Primo classificato: 250€

    • Secondo classificato: 150€

    • Terzo classificato: 100€

  2. La selezione dei video avviene a cura e giudizio insindacabile della giuria.

  3. Tutti i vincitori riceveranno comunicazione ufficiale a mezzo e-mail.

  4. La premiazione dei video vincitori si terrà Sabato 27 Maggio a Milano, nella sede del Civico Liceo Linguistico e ITE “A. Manzoni”.

  5. Lo staff di Semi al Futuro Action! si riserva la facoltà di registrare e/o riprendere e/o diffondere la cerimonia di premiazione - per intero o in alcune sue fasi - con ogni mezzo (stampa, fotografia, radio, televisione, audiovisivi, Internet, ecc.), senza che nulla sia dovuto e nessuno dei partecipanti possa avere nulla a pretendere.

  6. L’elenco dei film vincitori verrà pubblicato sul sito www.lamanzoni.it nella sezione dedicata a Semi al Futuro Action!.


4. Liberatorie per la privacy


  1. È responsabilità di chi iscrive un video in concorso esserne legittimamente autorizzato.

  2. Tutti i diritti relativi all’opera sono di proprietà degli autori. La responsabilità di eventuali diritti di proprietà violati nell’utilizzo di immagini, suoni o video è a carico degli autori del video.

  3. Gli autori e/o i detentori dei diritti delle opere selezionate ne autorizzano la proiezione durante la premiazione e la diffusione online per gli scopi promozionali del concorso.

  4. Semi al Futuro Action! si riserva la possibilità di mettere in Rete e/o utilizzare i video in concorso senza corrispondere alcun diritto, a soli scopi culturali e senza fini di lucro, in Italia e all’estero, senza limiti di tempo.

  5. L’ente responsabile e/o l’autore del video in concorso si impegna a garantire l’esistenza delle singole liberatorie, rilasciate a norma di legge:

    • dai genitori di ciascun minore eventualmente partecipante al concorso;

    • dai genitori di ciascun minore eventualmente presente nel video in concorso;

    • dalle persone a qualsiasi titolo presenti nel video in concorso;

    • per l’autorizzazione a diffondere senza riserve le riprese coinvolgenti i suddetti soggetti;

  6. In qualsiasi fase l’organizzazione del Festival può richiedere agli enti e/o autori le liberatorie, rilasciate a norma di legge.

  7. L’atto di iscrizione al Festival implica l’accettazione incondizionata del presente regolamento.

  8. Lo staff di Semi al Futuro Action! è autorizzato a prendere decisioni che non sono contemplate nel presente regolamento e ad agire in deroga ad esso in casi particolari, riservandosi altresì di decidere su tutte le questioni non specificatamente previste.

1. Videos in contest


  1. The videos in the contest must tackle the theme of the goal of Agenda 2030, as indicated in the specific section of Semi al Futuro Action!, on the website www.lamanzoni.it. For this school year the topic is: To ensure health and well-being to everyone, at all stages of life.

  2. There are no restrictions on the type of video to present (documentary, short film, animation…).

  3. Videos must not be longer than 3 minutes, including opening and end credits.

  4. It is mandatory to include in the video English subtitles of the dialogues and voice-overs.

  5. No copyrighted materials (music, images, video clips...) may be used for this contest, unless you own the copyright or have a license to use the material for this contest.

  6. The content of the videos must not include references or allusions that could be judged offensive, prejudiced or insulting in any way.

  7. The videos received will not be given back.


2. Registration


  1. Both individual students or groups of students ─ also from different schools ─ or entire high school classes can enter the contest. Students and schools can be Italian or international.

  2. To join the contest you must:

    1. Subscribe to YouTube with your personal account or your school account and create a channel with your name and surname;

    2. Upload your video on your YouTube channel, being careful to select as “Visibility” the option “Unlisted” (and not “Private” or “Public”);

    3. Make sure that the English subtitles are visible, either directly on your video or through the automatic subtitles option offered by YouTube;

    4. Save the link of your video in expanded form;

    5. Copy the link of the video in the registration form online;

    6. Fill in the registration form, which can be found in the specific section of Semi al Futuro Action! on the website www.lamanzoni.it, in all its parts.

  3. Contestants are responsible for any mistake in filling in the form and uploading the video. Semi al Futuro Action! staff is not obliged to check or report possible mistakes.

  4. There is no entry fee.

  5. Videos must be submitted by Saturday 6 May.


3. Selection of winners and prize-giving ceremony


  1. A panel of teachers, parents and external experts will award these prizes to the first three classified. At the discretion of the jury, there may be some honorable mentions for specific categories.

    • First prize: 250€

    • Second prize: 150€

    • Third prize: 100€

  2. Contestants agree to be bound by the official contest rules and decisions of the judges.

  3. All the winners will receive an official communication via email.

  4. The prize-giving ceremony will be held on Saturday 27 May in Milan, at the Civico Liceo Linguistico e ITE “A. Manzoni”.

  5. Semi al Futuro Action! staff reserves the right to record and/or film and/or broadcast the prize-giving ceremony ─ in full or partially ─ by any means (press, photography, radio, television, audiovisuals, etc.), without anything being due. No contestant can claim anything in exchange.

  6. The list of the selected winners will be published on www.lamanzoni.it in the specific section of Semi al Futuro Action!.


4. Privacy consent forms


  1. By submitting a video to the contest, the contestant certifies that they are the exclusive rights holder of the video.

  2. All the rights of the work are reserved to the authors. Any possible violation of property rights in the use of images, sounds or videos is the responsibility of the authors of the video.

  3. The authors and/or the rights holders of the selected works authorize the projection of the video during the prize-giving ceremony and the online diffusion for promotional purposes of the contest.

  4. Semi al Futuro Action! staff reserves the right to put online and/or use the videos in contest, without owing any right, only for not-for-profit cultural purposes, in Italy and abroad, without any time limit.

  5. The Institution/Board/Authority or Author is committed to guarantee the existence of the single privacy disclaimer released according to the law:

    • by the parents of each person under age who will take part in the competition;

    • by the parents of each person under age who is present in a video taking part in the competition;

    • by any person present for any reason in a video in contest;

    • to allow the spreading without reservation of the film shootings..

  6. The Institution/Board/Authority or Author must provide the disclaimers, released according to the law, whenever required or asked by the Semi al Futuro Action! staff.

  7. The admission application to the competition entails the unconditional acceptance of the mentioned regulations.

  8. Semi al Futuro Action! staff is authorized to take decisions not included in this regulation and act notwithstanding it in specific cases, reserving the right to decide on any matter not explicitly contemplated here.
